Subscription

Tofan Tracker is provided as a subscription service with monthly or yearly billing.

Plan limits for users, branches, storage, and features apply as described on the Pricing page.

Payment

Fees are due according to the selected billing cycle.

Non-payment may result in service suspension after reasonable notice.

Use of the service must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

The provider may suspend service for serious violations.

The provider aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance windows and third-party infrastructure may affect availability.

Add-ons and custom development are billed separately unless agreed in writing.

Custom modules, reports, migrations, and integrations are not included in standard plans.

Either party may terminate according to the subscription agreement.

Upon termination, data export may be requested within the agreed retention period.

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the signed service agreement.
